Due to the nature of our products (food items), returns are not accepted once goods have been delivered, except under the conditions stated below.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund:
• Damaged packaging upon delivery
• Incorrect item received
• Product quality defect
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
If approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations:
• Change of mind
• Improper storage after delivery
• Minor packaging wear not affecting product quality
